Questions to ask every company

1. What is your license or certification number, and can I verify it?
2. What exactly is included: air testing, water testing, which rooms, and retesting after mitigation?
3. What happens after a high result, and who installs the mitigation system?
4. Do you test only, or do you also mitigate — and if testing-only, who do you refer mitigation to?
5. Who does the work — your own crew or subcontractors — what is the timeline, and what equipment is left in place?
6. Is the price a firm written quote for this exact scope, and what would change it?
